Women

The Women's Ministry at GodWhy Church is vibrant, inclusive, and integral to the life of the congregation. Women actively serve in all areas of church ministry, from leadership roles to community outreach, teaching, and worship. We believe that women are essential to the health and growth of the church, and their unique gifts enrich and strengthen our shared mission.

Each spring, the Women's Ministry hosts a retreat, offering a time for renewal, connection, and deepening of faith. The retreat provides a nurturing environment where women can reflect on their spiritual journeys, engage in uplifting activities, and forge lasting bonds. In the fall, the church hosts a special event to bring together women from all walks of life, fostering fellowship and support. These gatherings are designed to inspire and empower women, helping them to embrace their callings and make a positive impact in their families, church, and broader communities.

Through these programs, the Women's Ministry fosters a culture of empowerment and collaboration, celebrating the invaluable contributions of women to our shared life of faith.

Small groups offer a space for individuals to connect, learn, and grow spiritually. Each group has its unique dynamic, where we encourage all participants to engage in authentic, honest dialogue. The groups prioritize compassion, respect, and love, fostering understanding by listening to diverse perspectives.

Most groups meet on Wednesday nights, allowing children and youth to attend classes while adults are in small groups. Small Group sign-ups take place in February and August.
